We know most of you have busy lives and have a hard time fitting everything in your day let alone having to shop for clothes for the little ones. We wanted to help by offering a 24/7 online version of our store. Here’s some answers to some frequently asked questions:


  • Are the items on the site the same as what’s in the store?


    • No. The items on the site and what’s in the store are different. So if you are looking for something specific and don’t see it on the site, you can always call or stop in the store.


  • Can I pick items that I’ve ordered on the site at the store?


    • Yes. You can choose an option at check-out to pick the items up at the store. You will not be charged any delivery fee. We will contact you when the items are ready to be picked up (usually within 24 hours). Items will be held for seven days after they are ready.


  • I have a store credit. Can I use this to order items on the site?


    • Yes. If you are wanting to order items with your store credit you can request a gift card from us to be used online at checkout.


  • I am a Kids Club member. Can I get my 20% discount online too?


    • Yes. Contact us to receive a Kids Club member number to use at checkout. New members will receive this number with their membership.


  • I have a question about an item on the website. Can I call the store with my question?


    • No. You will need to contact us through the “Contact Us” page on the site and we will respond within 24 hours. Keep in mind that an item you have a question about may be purchased by another customer while you are waiting for your response.


  • Can I return an item purchased online at the store?


    • Yes. Our online return policy is posted on the site. Remember to keep all tags attached and retain all receipts.
